3. Privacy and data requests
To access, correct, export, or delete your data, use Settings in the product (self-serve export and organization deletion are available there), or email privacy@logethos.com. Under India's DPDP Act, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer at grievance@logethos.com, and thereafter to the Data Protection Board of India. EU/EEA/UK users may contact our representative ([EU_UK_REP], if appointed) and may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. See the Privacy Policy.
4. Security
Report vulnerabilities under the Responsible Disclosure Policy to security@logethos.com. Please do not post security issues publicly before we've had a chance to remediate.
5. Billing and legal
Billing questions, refunds, and legal notices: legal@logethos.com. Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle as merchant of record (see the Billing Policy).
